Split-view document chat: upload a PDF, text file, or image, preview it, and chat with it with streaming responses, no sign-up required. Originally built for a client in 2023 as a RAG-style document chat tool; rebuilt independently in 2026 as a public demo, no client code or data reused. Two chat pipelines (full-document context for text, vision for images), upload rate limiting, and 24h auto-cleanup cron. Stack: React 19, Vite, Tailwind CSS 4, Hono/Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2, Workers AI, KV.
